SERVICES & RATES

Dovefire Recording offers RECORDING, PRODUCTION, MIXING, and MASTERING services in a custom-built, intimate studio on the outskirts of Grande Prairie, AB in Northern Alberta.

BASIC RATES

Recording & Production: $50/hour
Mixing: $200/song
Mastering: $50/song

Mixing and Mastering prices increase for songs over 5 minutes long, or songs that require a high amount of post-production editing. Additional prices are determined on a case-by-case basis.

RECORDING & PRODUCTION

Selection of in-house gear for use and an array of quality professional microphones. Recording can be track-by-track or live off the floor.

Dovefire Records' production crew will work with you to make your already good, great or even bad music into better music.

MIXING

We will take the recorded sound, clean it up, and put everything in its right place.

MASTERING

The final mastering process brings your mix up to volume, polishes it and makes it sound as good as it can be.

PERFORMANCE

If you need a musician or band for your project and don't know the right people for the job, we have a long list of talented and experienced musicians who would love to help you.

WHAT IS THE FACILITY LIKE?

Located in the rural area in county Sexsmith just outside of Grande Prairie, AB, the Dovefire Recording studio is a 564 square foot single story unit, containing a 17' x 20' live room, and a 7' x 10' control room. The facility also has a small equipment storage/maintenance room.
